IT Systems Analyst

This is a hybrid position with some telecommuting flexibility, but requirement to physically be in Warsaw, IN office occasionally/as needed.

• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Coordinate system testing, functional testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Design and document system architectures, workflows, and data flows to support business objectives.
• Develop prototypes or proofs-of-concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement and configure IT solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure and applications.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize performance and reliability.
• Conduct regular audits of systems and processes to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Implement monitoring tools and alerts to proactively identify and address issues before they impact users.
• Utilize validation tools to ensure integrity of data and increase stakeholder confidence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
