Responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone calls and email requests
- Upgrade PC hardware and software components
- Installs, upgrades, and configures PC printing, directory structures, rights, security, and software on file servers
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years related experience and or/training
- Knowledge of basic networking
- Skilled in troubleshooting software and hardware equipment.
- Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00
- Saturday:
Work 1 per month: 9:00-6:00
