Global IT MOM Support – Project Aejas

Provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas.

• Zscaler security appliance / OT segmentation of all manufacturing equipment
• Deploy the release of new technologies for OT Machines as well as install, configure, maintain and perform system integration testing of machine/application operating systems at the manufacturing machine level
• Responsible for troubleshooting machine integrated application problems as reported by users
• Provide new technical specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth, configuration, data extraction & retention; install new machines and maintain the underlying infrastructure
• Provide ongoing support, integration, monitoring, and maintenance of the MOM applications
• Ensure that all changes to quality‑relevant systems are documented and performed according to application validation guidelines and processes
• Travel up to 40% globally to all manufacturing sites AMER/EMEA/APAC
• Work successfully within a team and build effective working relationships
• Act with a sense of urgency to resolve internal customer IT issues and deliver results efficiently and timely
• Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills (written/verbal)
• Have analytical and critical thinking skills
• Be able to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Be detailed and organized, ensuring customer requirements are met
• Maintain a winning attitude and instill a passion for winning with other team members, demonstrating a can‐do approach

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience
