We are seeking a skilled Regular .NET Developer to join our team and build high-quality IT solutions for the financial sector. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting design and implementation work in IT systems (including Oracle-based technologies).
- Collaborating with end/business users to gather and analyze data requirements for new solutions, specifically detailing general tasks and business concepts.
- Actively participating in internal software testing.
- Creating and updating technical and functional system documentation.
- Cooperating in the development of new solutions and defining technical directions.
- Implementing actions to improve data quality in systems and applications exporting data to the data warehouse.
- Supporting the review of technical specifications, as well as project, technical, and administrative documentation prepared by third-party vendors.
120 zł - 130 zł an hour
Absolute Must-Haves:
- Very good knowledge of the .NET framework.
- Ability to work with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong teamwork skills combined with high independence.
Experience & Technical
Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of programming experience in IT projects using C#, .NET (including v4.5), WCF, SQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), HTML, and ASP.NET MVC.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI, HTML5, and CSS
3. - Familiarity with Visual Studio Ultimate 2013.
- Knowledge of unit testing and the test automation process.
- Proven experience in developing web applications.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Practical experience designing and programming IT systems for financial institutions (or similar enterprise environments in terms of scale, complexity, and quality standards).

- Excellent work organization, fast learning ability, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of business and system requirements analysis, specifically analytical thinking and precise communication.
- Ability to effectively cooperate with business clients, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.
- High communication skills, natural inquisitiveness, and negotiation abilities.
- English proficiency sufficient for freely working with technical documentation and literature.
- Understanding of basic UX design principles.
- Familiarity with AGILE and XP methodologies.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
- Practical knowledge of at least one CASE tool (e.g., Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect) and UML.
- Experience working in a matrix organizational structure.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
