SAP S​/HANA Service Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior S/4

HANA Services Consultant to join our SAP delivery team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4

HANA implementations, process optimization, and solution design across core modules such as Finance (FI/CO), Logistics (MM, SD, PP), or Service Management (CS/SM/PM). You will play a key role in leading client engagements, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of SAP S/4

HANA solutions.

• Lead end‑to‑end S/4
  
  HANA implementation and rollout projects, including solution design, configuration, testing, and go‑live support.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis and propose innovative, best‑practice solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Act as the primary functional expert for S/4
  
  HANA processes within your domain (Finance, Supply Chain, or Services).
• Collaborate closely with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integration) to ensure seamless end‑to‑end delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, user training, and change management initiatives to support successful system adoption.
• Provide post‑implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Stay current with SAP roadmap developments, updates, and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants within the SAP practice.
• Expertise in one or more functional areas:
  • Service Management (CS/SM/PM, Field Service, Customer Service)
  • Supply Chain (MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM)
  • Finance (FI/CO) (optional)

• 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 1 full‑cycle S/4
  
  HANA implementations.
• Strong understanding of S/4
  
  HANA architecture, Fiori apps, and integration with other SAP/non‑SAP systems.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and configurations.
• Experience with Activate methodology and agile delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client‑facing skills.
• SAP certification(s) in S/4
  
  HANA or related module preferred.

• Experience with SAP Cloud solutions (BTP, RAPM, PROAXIA, etc.)
• Familiarity with integration technologies (CPI, PI/PO, API Management)
• Hands‑on Fiori and analytics exposure
