Pay Rate: $30 to $32/Hr.

• Provide ongoing global IT MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) support for Project Aejas.
• Manage Zscaler
  security
  appliance and OT (Operational Technology) segmentation for all manufacturing equipment.
• Deploy new technologies for OT machines; install, configure, maintain, and perform system integration testing of operating systems at the manufacturing machine level.
• Troubleshoot machine-integrated application problems reported by users.
• Provide technical specifications based on application needs, anticipated growth, configuration, and data extraction/retention.
• Install new machines and maintain the underlying infrastructure while ensuring all changes to quality-relevant systems are documented according to application validation guidelines.

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years, OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical background in OT networks, manufacturing environments, or related IT infrastructure.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to act with a sense of urgency to resolve internal IT issues efficiently.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and document processes meticulously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a "can-do" attitude for building relationships with global teams.
