Technical Solution Engineer (Android TV)
Our client, a global leader in the smart home industry, is looking for a Technical Solution Engineer to join their growing team in Warsaw, Poland.
You’ll play a key role in supporting customers and driving technical expertise across product line including Set-Top Boxes, GPON Solutions, Routers, and more.
Responsibilities- Conduct regular customer visits, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new client needs and project requirements.
- Analyze, document, and troubleshoot technical issues for a wide range of customer environments.
- Offer pre-sales technical support, participate in product network testing, and provide post-sales technical consultations.
- Partner with Marketing and Business teams to launch new products, discover market opportunities, and develop winning proposals for major bids.
Knowledge in Android system, experience in OTT or ONT products is an advantage;
Ableto efficiently complete tasks assigned by superiors;
