Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Supply Chain Data & AI strategy in partnership with Supply Chain business and IT leadership, aligned to DePuy Synthes enterprise priorities.
- Work in close collaboration with Supply Chain business and IT teams to understand needs from a Data and AI perspective and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Own end-to-end demand management — intake, prioritization, and governance — for Supply Chain data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
- Coordinate with the GCC to plan, resource, and deliver data products, analytics, and AI capabilities at scale.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Supply Chain, IT, Data & AI teams, and the GCC delivery organization.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for supply chain data products, reporting, advanced analytics, and AI use cases.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver data solutions supporting planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, quality, and customer fulfillment.
- Drive adoption of data governance, master data management, data quality, and data stewardship practices across supply chain domains.
- Oversee delivery of dashboards, analytics products, predictive models, and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision making and performance.
- Establish KPI and value-realization frameworks to track business impact from data and AI investments.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate roadmaps, priorities, risks, dependencies, and achievements to leadership.
- Build organizational capability by coaching, mentoring, and developing talent across data, analytics, and AI teams, including GCC-based colleagues.
- Lead operating and portfolio governance reviews to ensure transparency, prioritization, and alignment across work streams.
- Champion continuous improvement through advanced analytics, automation, machine learning, and emerging AI capabilities.
