Slate seeks an energetic IT Support Specialist to provide desktop, mobile, and user support at our Warsaw, IN facility and for remote users. You will help ensure system reliability, security, and compliance while delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a corporate helpdesk environment, strong Microsoft 365 and Azure AD experience, and a passion for documenting processes and improving IT workflows. This role reports to the IT Services Manager.
