Industrial Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with a strong background in supply chain planning, SAP, and PLM systems to support critical product lifecycle and planning activities. This role will focus on cutover planning, inventory management, and supply coordination across sites and suppliers.

• Develop and execute site-specific cutover plans including lead times, variant mapping, and T-lane setup
• Perform MRP and PP&L activities to support production and supply planning
• Manage inventory builds
  , track first delivery timelines, and oversee initial order fulfillment to distribution centers
• Coordinate procurement of new components and manage phase-in / phase-out activities
• Support lifecycle management
  , including system updates and retirement of obsolete materials
• Collaborate with suppliers through S&OP processes and manage day-to-day supply communications
• Identify supply risks (e.g., backorders) and implement mitigation strategies
• Work cross-functionally with site teams, planning teams, and network capacity teams
• Act as a key liaison between site, supply chain, and planning teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning / production planning
• Strong experience with SAP (PP/MM or related modules)
• Hands-on experience with MRP and inventory planning
• Experience with PLM tools (Windchill preferred or similar)
• Experience supporting cutover, NPI (New Product Introduction), or product lifecycle activities

• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or regulated manufacturing
• Exposure to S&OP processes and supplier coordination
• Experience working in multi-site or global supply chain environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
