MRO Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled MRO Manager to lead the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) function within a high-volume production environment. This leader will own the strategy, systems, and processes that ensure uptime, operational efficiency, and availability of all critical spare parts, tools, and consumables across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of MRO management experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of MRO categories, supplier negotiations, and inventory optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/CMMS tools (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Proven success leading inventory accuracy, cycle count programs, and audit readiness.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross‑functional manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive MRO strategy supporting uptime, lean operations, and cost savings.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, supplier partnerships, and indirect materials management.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Facilities, Production Control, EHS, HR, and Finance.
• Implement and optimize ERP/CMMS tools for inventory accuracy, replenishment, and usage analytics.
• Lead cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain adherence to ISO/IATF standards and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including reliability programs, spend analysis, and MRO process optimization.
• Mentor and support MRO buyers and storeroom personnel.
