* ** WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**### The Team Member supports daily assembly operations within the body shop department. This role is responsible for following standard work, producing high-quality components, ensuring safety, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.**|*
* ** WHAT YOU GET TO DO**### Production Duties:
* Perform tasks on automotive Body Shop lines following standard operating procedures.
* Meet daily production targets with a focus on quality and efficiency.
* Communicate issues or abnormalities promptly to Team Leaders.### Safety & Compliance
* Follow all safety standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental guidelines.
* Participate in safety audits, wear required PPE, and report unsafe conditions.### Teamwork & Collaboration
* Work collaboratively with fellow Team Members and Team Leaders.
* Support a positive work environment built on teamwork, accountability, and respect.### Quality Responsibilities
* Ensure components meet quality specifications.
* Identify and report defects or non-conformances.### Continuous Improvement
* Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and other improvement initiatives.
* Suggest opportunities to reduce waste and improve workflow.**|*
* ** WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**### Education & Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Automotive or manufacturing experience preferred.### Skills
* Ability to follow detailed instructions.
* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic understanding of lean manufacturing and production environments.
