Are you an experienced manufacturing leader looking for an opportunity to drive operational excellence and business growth? We're partnering with a leading manufacturer in Warsaw, Indiana to recruit a Head of Operations. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting into the executive team, with responsibility for manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, logistics and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do?

• Lead all manufacturing and operational activities
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Improve productivity, quality, delivery performance and profitability
• Lead supply chain, procurement, inventory and logistics functions
• Build, develop and mentor high-performing teams
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to execute strategic growth plans
• Champion a culture of accountability, safety and operational excellence

What We're Looking For?

• 10+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience
• Previous senior-level operations management experience
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement background
• Proven experience driving operational transformation and business growth
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related field
• Experience with in Medical Devices, Aerospace, Defence or similar manufacturing sectors is highly desirable
