* + Operates light-duty bench- or floor-type machine tools and equipment such as laser etch,Shrink wrap,CEA packaging Sealers, blasting cabinets, Shot peening, non sterile packaging baggers, drills or punch presses, power brakes, shears or saws.

+ Able to gown up and work in the sterile clean room environment.

+ May set up machining machines and make adjustments, and perform maintenance on machines.

+ Checks work using prescribed gauges, jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances.

+ Some machines may be numerically controlled.

+ May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

** Must Have:

Minimum Requirements *

* + Requires basic knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain operational procedures, systems, and tools gained through experience and/or relevant training, education, or certifications.

+ Requires 1+ years of related experience, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification.

+ No minimum education requirement.

** Nice to Have*
* + Previous experience operating light-duty manufacturing or machining equipment in a regulated production environment.

+ Familiarity with basic machine setup, minor adjustments, and routine preventive maintenance.

+ Experience working with numerically controlled or CNC equipment.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.

+ Knowledge of precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, jigs, and fixtures.

+ Understanding of statistical process control, in-process inspection, and quality documentation practices.

+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain close tolerances and high quality standards.

+ Experience supporting continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or 5S initiatives.

+ Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify equipment or process issues early.

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
