Operate automatic and manual chemical processing equipment. Run mixers, grinders, filter presses, dryers, pumps, and filling machines. Perform production processes following standard operating procedures. Conduct in-process quality control checks and identify process variations. Handle hazardous materials safely following established procedures. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or abnormalities. Support manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations.
Record production data accurately. Perform repetitive tasks involving small products and manual assembly. Lift materials up to 27 lbs as required.
