Job Description:

Our team manufactures life-changing medical devices with a relentless commitment to precision, safety, and innovation. As a CNC/Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a critical role in crafting components that support surgeons, heal patients, and raise the standard of care.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines for high-precision medical components
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and tight-tolerance specs in compliance with FDA and ISO standards
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and optical comparators
• Maintain strict documentation and traceability for all parts manufactured
• Collaborate with quality control, engineering, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance
• Execute minor machine edits and offsets to maintain product consistency
• Support continuous improvement efforts in a cleanroom or controlled environment setting

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in CNC machining, preferably in medical or aerospace manufacturing
• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Experience working with stainless steel, titanium, and plastics (like PEEK or Ultem)
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA CFR Part 820, or other regulated manufacturing environments a plus
• Detail-oriented, documentation-driven mindset
• Familiarity with inspection tools and cleanroom protocol
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification highly preferred
