We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing company located just outside of Mentone toward Warsaw. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a pay increase once hired on!

Rackline Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm)
- Operate rack line equipment or oxide processing machines
- Rack and unrack parts according to production requirements
- Load and unload parts onto production equipment
- Monitor machines and production processes throughout the shift
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues
- Inspect finished parts for quality and identify defects
- Keep materials and parts moving efficiently through the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures
Rackline
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating experience OR stable manufacturing experience
- Good/stable work history
- Comfortable working around manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Able to perform repetitive production work throughout the shift
- Able to stand, bend, reach, and handle parts throughout the workday
- Strong attention to quality and detail Dependable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift
- Willing to learn different machines and production processes
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
