• Execute complex machine setups, tool changes, and program debugging to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Operate multi-axis Swiss-style lathes to fabricate high-tolerance parts while performing necessary deburring and finishing tasks.
• Interpret detailed blueprints and technical work instructions to maintain strict adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize precision inspection tools, such as micrometers and comparators, to verify part integrity throughout the production cycle.
• Manage work orders and document quality metrics within ERP and digital monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with programming teams to refine setup documentation and support new product introductions.
• Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience operating Swiss‑style or multi‑axis CNC lathes.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, routers, and complex setup files.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and advanced gauge measurement techniques.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment.

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
• Familiarity with medical device manufacturing quality systems and compliance policies.
