Position: Locums CRNA Job
Locum CRNA Opportunity - Warsaw, Indiana

Clinical Role:

Position: Locum Tenens - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Certification: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
Licensure: Active unrestricted or Compact License accepted
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 120 days
Required Certifications (AHA only): BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP

Schedule & Call:

Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Call Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Call Type: Covers both OR and OB
- Call Response Time: 20 minutes

Practice & Case Details:

Practice Model: All-CRNA practice (no MD supervision)
Case Types:
General Surgery, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, Podiatry (every other week)
Procedures:
Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks
Case Logs: Required - must show recent experience with spinals, blocks, and epidurals

Team & Facility Info:

Providers Onsite: 3 CRNAs during the day
Operating Rooms: 2 ORs
EMR System: Epic
