Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with every third weekend required.
Job DescriptionThe Travel LPN will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a Swing Bed Unit, focusing on skilled nursing services. The role requires collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure a safe and effective patient experience.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support in a skilled nursing environment.
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Current LPN licensure.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is a plus, but not mandatory.
