Travel LPN - LPN

American Traveler is hiring a travel LPN with ACLS/BLS and 2+ years of experience for a Swing Bed (Skilled Nursing) Unit night shift position in Warsaw, IN.

Job Details

• Located in Warsaw, IN at a community hospital,

• Assignment in a Med/Surg Swing Bed (Skilled Nursing) unit with 10 beds,

• Patient ratio of 1:10,

• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM,

• Every third weekend required (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM),

• No on-call requirements,

• Block scheduling is available,

• No floating required,

• Uses Cerner EMR,

• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN license required (license required if applicable),

• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required,

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required (no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment start),

• SNF experience preferred but not required,

• Cerner EMR experience preferred,

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted,

• Valid driver's license required for consideration,

• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months,

Additional Information

• Swing Bed Unit serves a skilled nursing patient population,

• Blue scrubs required,

• Holiday rotation coverage is expected,

• RTO requests must be less than 1 week for the duration of the contract,

• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
