Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs to provide compassionate, in-home pediatric and young adult care. You’ll deliver one-on-one nursing with a focus on meaningful relationships and patient-centered support in the patient’s home.
We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN shifts, premium pay options, hands-on training, and benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, PTO and 401K. Full‑Time and Part‑Time nurses are eligible for an Annual Stay Bonus.
