Travel Registered Nurse – ICU

Warsaw, Indiana

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every 3rd Weekend | No On-Call Requirements

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care and progressive care unit, including management of ventilator-dependent patients
• Administer and monitor IV drips and IV sedation
• Manage post-procedure recoveries after hours on an occasional basis
• Maintain patient ratios of 3:1 or 2:1 depending on acuity, or up to 1:5 when floating to MS/PCU overflow
• Float to Medical Surgical Telemetry unit as needed

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Indiana
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1–2 years of critical care experience
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Valid driver's license with permanent home address on file matching government-issued
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

• Experience caring for ventilator-dependent patients and managing complex IV sedation protocols
• Familiarity with progressive care or medical surgical telemetry environments

• Work in a focused critical care unit with a low bed count, allowing for close-knit team collaboration and meaningful patient impact
• Enjoy a predictable night shift schedule with no on-call requirements and a defined weekend rotation
