American Traveler is hiring a Travel ICU RN for a night shift position requiring 1-2 years of critical care experience and IN or compact RN licensure.

• Work in a Critical Care and Progressive Care unit caring for vent-dependent patients
• 14-bed ICU within a 72-bed facility with a monthly department volume of 175 patients
• Patient ratio of 3:1 or 2:1 depending on patient acuity
• Responsibilities include managing vent-dependent patients, IV drips, and occasional post-procedure recoveries after hours
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Works every 3rd weekend with no on-call requirements
• Floating required to Med-Surg Telemetry unit with a 6:1 ratio
• Block scheduling may be available upon discussion with the manager
• Uses Cerner EMR system

• Active RN license (IN or Compact) required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 1-2 years of recent critical care experience required
• Critical care skills required; ECMO and trauma ERRT experience not required
• Valid driver's license required
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
• Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
• RTO requests must be less than one week
