BOM​/ECN Analyst

Job Description

The role focuses on building and maintaining SAP records for new or updated products, ensuring seamless manufacturing and support. This involves managing materials, BOM structures, routing details, inspection requirements, and other master data. The position requires vigilant monitoring of data quality and resolution of inconsistencies to prevent impacts on production or supply chain activities.

BOM & ECN Analyst

• Build and maintain SAP records for new or updated products, covering materials, BOM structures, routing details, and inspection requirements.
• Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies before they affect production or supply chain activities.
• Oversee the full engineering change cycle, including documentation, routing, approvals, and system updates.
• Maintain organized records of changes, past revisions, and archived updates to ensure transparency and traceability.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks in the ECO workflow, using performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and product teams to coordinate and communicate product updates or new launches effectively.
• Support initiatives tied to product transitions, process updates, or system improvements, often acting as a facilitator or project lead.
• Help unify processes and standards across multiple locations by sharing best practices and aligning systems and data where possible.
• Serve as an internal resource for understanding how SAP data impacts manufacturing, planning, and product availability.

• Highly proficient in SAP
• Experience creating BOMs from scratch
• Experience creating and processing ECNs
• Proficient in MS Office
• 5+ years of experience overall
• High School Diploma

• Knowledge in Document Control

This is a Permanent position based out of Warsaw, IN.

The pay range for this position is $50,000.00 - $75,000.00/yr.
