Responsibilities
- Lead a team of experts in Q-Excellence, QMS, QOS, and PMT for quality systems development, integration and rollout, aligning with business objectives and priorities.
- Lead the team for quality systems from startup, integration, validation, training, support, to continuous improvement.
- Coordinate requirements and user feedback to ensure QMS and QOS systems meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT functional heads, other functional heads, and external vendors to ensure quality systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and compliant with policies and standards.
- Support supplier quality, manufacturing quality, and integration processes for the QMS&QOS, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Lead auditing and certification activities for ISO and IATF.
- Assist in supplier auditing as required.
- Monitor and report on quality system performance, quality, and compliance, identifying and resolving issues or risks.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to quality systems users, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Support data mining and analysis to streamline data accuracy and management, particularly related to quality.
- Implement relevant corrective and preventive actions to drive excellence.
- Contribute to service requests regarding management systems, processes, methods, tools, and training.
- Lead special projects driving CI and excellence in data collection and analysis.
- Define and lead a team for QOS and Q-Excellence programs.
We expect the following:
- Bachelor's degree in quality, engineering, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in QMS and QOS systems management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, processes, methods, tools and standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.
- Proven experience in QMS and QOS systems integration, support and validation.
- Experience with integration with PLM, MES and ERP systems (preferred).
- Excellent project management, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Passion for quality, innovation and sustainability.
- Strong written communication and technical/procedural writing skills.
- Highest level of integrity and data‑driven decision making.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced start‑up environment.
- VDA, ISO or IATF auditor experience required (certification preferred).
