• Apply established tools and methods (Six Sigma, Lean) to support new product or process introductions, as well as process and business improvements.
• Lead and/or contribute to the utilization of various risk management and mitigation tools and practices (mistake proofing, critical control points, failure mode and effects analysis).
• Lead and contribute to reliability assessments of product design.
• Lead and/or contribute to root cause investigations using problem‑solving techniques (K‑T analysis) and assess the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Conduct and support development of test methods for equipment, process, and product qualifications/validations.
• Develop, implement and maintain process quality control plans per product risk levels and ensure consistent adherence.
• Develop, implement, and/or maintain production and process controls using appropriate techniques and tools (advanced process monitoring and control tools, statistical process control methods, process performance metrics).
• Mentor others in technical capabilities.
• Interpret standard and non‑standard sampling plans.
• Participate in technical reviews as appropriate.
• Support execution of strategic vision by collaborating with other quality leaders to identify required Quality Engineering skills and competencies.
• Lead and supervise junior quality engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a Team Lead, Source Quality‑related occupation.

• Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year.
• Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours in Colorado, 56 hours in Washington).
• Holiday pay including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year.
• Work, personal and family time – up to 40 hours per calendar year.
• Parental leave – 480 hours within one year.
• Bereavement leave – 240 hours (40 hours for extended family per year).
• Caregiver leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period.
• Volunteer leave – 32 hours per calendar year.
• Military spouse time‑off – 80 hours per calendar year.
