• Develop automated inspection equipment programs to meet drawing specifications.
• Apply GD&T to inspection test methods.
• Maintain qualification and calibrations on automated inspection equipment.
• Work with equipment manufacturers to schedule maintenance and service activities.
• Troubleshoot production problems and perform root cause analysis on equipment, fixtures, inspection methods, and parts.
• Ensure data integrity of inspection methods from the inspection equipment into InfinityQS.
• Stay current on new technology and innovations on the leading edge of automated inspection.

• Requires minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Requires high school diploma or equivalent (United States), vocational or technical education or certification (all other countries).

• Experience with CMM Programming
• Experience with Zeiss Calypso
• Experience with Hexagon PCDMIS
• Experience with vision inspection equipment
• Experience with previous drafting and inspection experience
• Experience with InfinityQS
• Advanced experience in medical device or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Experience supporting investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, and audit readiness
• Strong understanding of FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, or similar quality/regulatory standards
• Ability to analyze quality data and identify trends or improvement opportunities
• Experience mentoring peers or serving as a technical resource across teams

• For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations (USD): $64,400.00 – $96,600.00. This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
