Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this individual will be responsible for portfolio management, intake and orchestration of LCM and NPI projects across the Shoulders portfolio. The NPI Planner role is critical to ensuring new products and product changes are introduced with operational readiness, supply continuity, and both internal & external cross-functional alignment. This position supports the translation of strategic portfolio decisions into executable supply chain plans, helping teams balance launch speed, service, inventory, and risk across the product lifecycle.

They will gain proficiency to identify and develop optimized supply chain strategies for global programs and lead teams through standardized lifecycle management processes, ensuring strong accountability. They will master and demonstrate New Product Introduction (NPI) expertise to drive E2E value, collaborating heavily with Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain partners.
