Quality Technician
We are currently hiring an experienced Quality Technician for a manufacturing company that produces components for the automotive industry. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with previous quality experience who is comfortable working overtime when production requires it.

Quality Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Third Shift (Sunday through Thursday from 10:45pm to 07:00am)
- Perform quality inspections on manufactured automotive components
- Inspect finished and in-process parts for defects and nonconforming material
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment as required
- Verify parts meet established specifications, measurements, and quality standards
- Complete required quality documentation, inspection reports, and production records
- Identify, document, and report quality issues or defective products
- Work closely with production and machine operators to address quality concerns
- Follow established inspection procedures and customer quality requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure quality standards are consistently followed
Quality Technician
Qualifications:
- Previous Quality Technician experience required
- Manufacturing quality experience strongly preferred
- Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers preferred
- Ability to read and understand measurements, specifications, and inspection requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Good/stable work history and dependable attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work 3rd shift
- Must be flexible to work overtime and occasional 10–12 hour shifts when required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
