Provide excellent customer service by helping customers find power equipment products that match their needs;
Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints;
Assist customers throughout the retail financing process and ensure all requirements are met prior to the release of the tractor;
Manage the ordering of Power Equipment for store stock as well as customer special orders;
Demonstrate the features and benefits of the products, conduct product demonstrations, and explain technical specifications as necessary
