Customer Service Associate

We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well‑stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment and maintain professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning/restocking bathrooms, sweeping, mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store (preferred)
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents (required)
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills (required)
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills (required)
