Maintains a clean, well-organized store and helps create a customer-first store culture through exceptional store standards;
Assists customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operates cash register, stocks and recovers merchandise, and performs other duties as assigned;
Operates cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collects payment, makes change, bags merchandise, and assists customers as necessary;
Maintains store condition, merchandising displays, and showcases to drive sales while ensuring safety and policy compliance;
Opens and closes the store under direction of Store Team Leader in the Leader's absence.
