About the Team and RoleThis role exists to fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities and grow the volume of discovery calls. As our SDR, you'll turn existing leads into real conversations — through consistent, personalized, multi-channel outreach that moves prospects from interest to action.
What You’ll Do- Work with and expand our existing lead database across the CEE region
- Run multi-channel outreach across email, Linked In, and Telegram
- Write personalized messages tailored to each prospect's specific context
- Keep engagement alive through timely, consistent follow-ups
- Book discovery calls and hand off warm prospects to the Sales team
- Data-driven growth hacking (A/B testing, multichannel outreach, etc)
- Advanced in Excel / Google Sheets/ Linked In Navigator
- Experience with automation / scraping tools
- Good written English
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) - Experience running or supporting targeted outreach campaigns focused on a defined list of high-value accounts
