Enterprise Sales Team Lead GAMA; Warsaw

The Enterprise Sales Team Lead role is based in Warsaw, Poland, covering the GAMA region (Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, Azerbaijan).

The role reports directly to the VP of Sales Eastern Europe / APMEA, who is also based in Warsaw.

• Lead the team of Enterprise Account Executives covering the GAMA region.
• Deliver against revenue targets and key performance metrics, generating new business opportunities, managing pipeline, opportunities, and forecasting.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process and resources to create and execute winning solution sales strategies.
• Establish relationships with VP/C-level buyers (Business and IT) and develop and orchestrate sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience leading sales teams.
• Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets.
• Deep understanding of the client decision-making process.
• High level of comfort with consultative sales methodologies.
• Superb written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• 4-year degree required, with technical curiosity and desire to learn.
• Fluent in Russian and a good level of English.
