Starting Salary: $69,680 per year.

Job Description

As an Account Manager, you are the driving force behind daily security operations. You will lead, develop, and motivate a team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service and create a safer environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
  • Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, manage performance, payroll and employee relations.
  • Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring high‑quality service.
  • Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
  • Direct compliance and operational excellence: oversee training, safety, site standards and inventory.
Qualifications (Must Have)
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in business operations, security management or supervising teams.
  • Experience leading, developing and retaining a dynamic team while building client relationships.
  • Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
  • Ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Proficiency with web‑based applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication with clients and employees, managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
  • Financial acumen to manage staffing levels, minimize overtime, plan and control inventory costs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Law enforcement, military, or security services experience.
  • ASIS or CPP certification.
  • Previous payroll, billing or scheduling experience.
  • Familiarity with CCTV, access control and badge administration.
  • Graduate of a certified public safety academy.
