Restoration Technician - Laborer

Quality Restoration is looking for a Restoration Technician (Laborer) to assist property owners after traumatic events such as fires or floods, helping to clean up and repair residential and commercial property.

• Perform tasks as instructed to meet project scope and customer expectations.

• Perform repairs and renovations as needed.
• Carry out carpentry, painting, drywall hang‑and‑finish, flooring, and installing doors and windows.
• Assist with water‑loss projects: setting up and removing equipment.
• Manage physical inventory of customer contents in our care.
• Assist in remediation of customer contents.
• Demolish, replace, or construct walls, including framing, drywall, and other finish‑out functions.

• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
• Prep sites by clearing obstacles and hazards—keep safety first in all activities.
• Perform all functions following the “Yes I Can” philosophy, providing support, backup, and training, and performing work in other positions as qualified, when needed; complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
