Job Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites to install and perform preventative maintenance inspections on machine tool equipment.
- Use online technical documents, how-to videos and checklists to provide guidance on all maintenance procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation is completed and submitted to office and customers regarding status of services provided.
- Participate in training during onboarding; prior CNC experience is a plus but not required.
- Perform related duties as required.
- Demonstrated ability in mechanical or electrical repair and/or maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret procedures and how-to guides.
- Software experience such as Microsoft Office; use of laptop, smartphone and various software applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Regularly lift 40-50 pounds.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Flexible hours and frequent regional travel; dispatched daily from home to customer sites.

Physical Requirements
- Highly mobile, able to access all areas of the premises.
- Ability to concentrate and remain focused while prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach and lift moderate to heavyweight material up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability to frequently use hands and arms.
- Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to work responsibly and professionally in dynamic job sites with tight timelines, changing priorities and customer interaction.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb and reach for extended periods while servicing equipment.
- Ability to work in tight spaces or awkward positions, including accessing equipment interiors and elevated areas.
- Strong hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills for precise electrical, mechanical and diagnostic work.
- Ability to work in industrial environments with exposure to noise, lubricants, coolants, metal chips and other manufacturing conditions while consistently wearing required PPE.
