With Quality Restoration, the Restoration Technician (Laborer) will work with the team to assist property owners after traumatic events such as fires or floods in cleaning up and repairing damage to residential and commercial property. The role involves renovation tasks to complete projects properly and in a timely fashion.

Quality Restoration, operating in Kosciusko County and surrounding areas, provides 24‑hour emergency restoration services. Fire, water, wind, and mold restoration and renovation services are offered. - Perform tasks as instructed to meet the scope of the project and customer expectation.
- Perform repairs and renovation tasks as needed.
- Construct in carpentry, painting, hang and finish drywall, flooring, and install doors and windows.
- Assist with water loss projects: set up and removal of equipment.
- Manage physical inventory of customer contents in our care.
- Assist in the remediation of customer contents.
- Demolish, replace or construct walls, including framing, drywall and other finish‑out functions.
- Follow instructions from supervisors.
- Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
- Prep sites by clearing obstacles and hazards – keep safety first in all activities.
- Perform all functions in accordance with the "Yes I Can" philosophy. Provide support, backup and training, and perform work in other positions, as qualified, when needed. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

- Overtime opportunities
- $18.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
