We are seeking experienced and motivated
Mobile Service Technicians to perform on-site maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment. This is a field-based position where technicians operate from a company-provided service truck and travel directly from home to customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
- Respond to service calls and equipment breakdowns
- Repair and maintain compactors, balers, and dock equipment
- Complete work orders and customer-requested repairs
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM typical)
- Overtime available
- Limited Saturdays
- Sundays off
- $22.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Overtime pay
- Bonus program after 1 year

- Experience with electrical systems (ability to read schematics preferred)
- Knowledge of hydraulics and/or welding/fabrication
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional attitude
- Maintenance technician (industrial or facilities)
- Automotive or diesel technician
- Heavy equipment or construction experience
- Farm or agricultural mechanical experience
- Company service truck (take-home)
- Major equipment (welder, generator, air compressor, iPad)
- Uniforms provided
Technicians are responsible for providing basic hand tools.
Training- 1–3 months of ride-along training with experienced technicians
- Transition to independent field work
- Monroe, MI area
- Northern Indiana
