You start from home, fire up your company service truck, and your iPad routes you to the first customer. It might be a preventive maintenance visit on a baler, or a dock leveler that needs attention. By mid-morning, you’re diagnosing an electrical fault with a clear schematic on-screen. After lunch, you chase down a stubborn hydraulic leak, replace a hose, test pressures, and confirm the fix.
Before heading home, you update the work order, note customer-requested repairs, and prep parts for tomorrow. Every day is different—but each one ends with equipment back online and a satisfied customer.
What you’ll handle
Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment
Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
Respond to service calls and breakdowns directly from home Repair and maintain compactors, balers, and dock equipment
Document work orders and complete customer-requested repairs
Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
Schedule
Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Overtime available
Limited Saturdays Sundays off Compensation & benefits $22.00 – $32.00 per hour, depending on experience
Overtime pay Bonus program after 1 year Health, dental, and vision insurance (75% company-paid)
Paid time off: 2 weeks to start, with increases based on tenure

What you bring
Hands-on electrical experience (reading schematics preferred)
Knowledge of hydraulics and/or welding/fabrication
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Self-starter mindset and professional customer presence
Backgrounds that fit well Industrial or facilities maintenance technician
Automotive or diesel technician
Heavy equipment or construction mechanic
Farm or agricultural mechanical experience
Tools, truck & tech Company service truck (take-home)
Major equipment: welder, generator, air compressor, iPad Uniforms provided
Technicians supply their own basic hand tools.
Training & growth1–3 months of ride-along training with experienced technicians
Transition to independent field work with ongoing support
