Do you enjoy helping youth reach their full potential? If so, we want you to be our next Independent Living Case Manager to provide services to participants in The Villages of Indiana’s Older Youth Services (OYS) program.

• Supporting youth in building skills necessary to successfully transition to independence by assisting them in accessing educational, employment/career, financial, mental/emotional, and community resources.
• Developing rapport while using a strength-based approach with the youth.
• Partnering with referring agencies, schools, and community resources to serve the needs of the youth.
• Effectively and promptly responding to youth in crisis situations.

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a directly related human services field from an accredited four‑year college is required.
• If holding a BSW, an LBSW is needed, or the candidate must be working towards licensure.
• Case managers work as part of a larger treatment team; effective verbal and written communication is essential, and on‑call hours are required.
• Youth Services case‑work experience working with teens and young adults is strongly preferred.
