FPGA Developer (f/m/d)

Warsaw

• Identify requirements and write specifications in close alignment with internal partners
• Write detailed design‑specifications and documentation
• Develop concepts and implement VHDL‑modules as well as generic elements for FPGA‑ and SoC‑Designs
• Simulate designs with VHDL/OSVVM on a module level
• Integrate designs into the continuous‑integration system Jenkins
• Write test‑ and bring‑up specifications and support colleagues during bring‑up and test
• Support PCB‑designers in new board development

• Experience in developing FPGA‑Designs
• Degree in electrical engineering, information technology, computer science, communication technology or similar, with relevant experience programming FPGA‑Designs in VHDL
• Simulation of designs in Model Sim/Questa Sim using constrained random verification like OSVVM
• Strong knowledge of on‑chip communication protocols such as AXI4, NoC and off‑chip protocols such as PCIe, 10G/1G‑Ethernet, SPI, CAN
• Expert knowledge in VHDL and basic knowledge of AHDL
• Proficient in source code management tools like GIT and Subversion
• Experience in code reviews and static code analysis (preferable)
• Experience with FPGAs from different vendors and their development tool suites such as Vivado, Quartus, Diamond/Radiant (preferable)
• Basic skills in Linux and scripting with Bash or Python
• Eager to learn about new methodologies and acquire new skills
• Business fluent in English;
  German language skills are a plus
• Creative, a team player with analytical abilities
• Located in Warsaw or willing to relocate to Warsaw
