About the project
Join a long‑term project focused on Order Management, a critical part of the business ecosystem responsible for managing integrations and business processes. As part of a major modernization initiative, legacy applications built on Java 6/8 and JBoss/Wild Fly are being migrated to a modern cloud environment based on Spring Boot and Java 21.
Responsibilities- Migrate existing systems from JBoss/Wild Fly to Spring Boot–based solutions.
- Support the transition of legacy applications to a cloud‑native environment.
- Develop and maintain integration services and microservices.
- Contribute to business process automation and orchestration.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on system modernization initiatives.
- Commercial experience with Java 17+.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot 3.x.
- Experience with JPA/Hibernate.
- Knowledge of OpenAPI.
- Good understanding of SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git and Maven.
- Basic hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Sonar, or Dependency Track.
- Knowledge of Camunda or Sygnavio.
- Previous experience in application modernization or migration projects.
