You will join a team delivering solutions within the Consumer Finance domain for the banking sector, contributing to the development of modern applications and the adoption of AI‑powered solutions with real business impact.

• Proven commercial experience as a Senior Java Developer.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, JPA, REST, and PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience using AI in real projects, beyond everyday coding assistants.
• Hands‑on knowledge of:
  • RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation)
  • Vector databases
  • LLMs
  • AI Agents / Multi‑Agent Systems
  • Data‑driven AI solutions
• Ability to design and implement AI‑based solutions independently.
• Polish and English language skills at B2 level or higher.
