We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Distribution Material Handlers to join our warehouse team! In this role, you will play a key part in order fulfillment, inventory management, and general distribution operations within an FDA-regulated environment. No prior material handling experience is required-we are looking for reliable team players who are eager to learn, follow precise processes, and thrive in a fast-paced physical environment.
Responsibilities- Order Picking & Fulfillment:
Walk warehouse aisles to accurately locate, pick, and package orders throughout the shift. - Documentation & Compliance:
Follow detailed operational procedures and record inventory data accurately to meet strict FDA regulatory standards. - System Navigation:
Utilize computer terminals and warehouse technology to track inventory movement, complete orders, and log shift data. - Physical Operations:
Safely stand, walk, bend, and lift products continuously across an 8-hour shift. - Quality Assurance:
Verify product details to ensure high accuracy and zero errors prior to shipment. - Workplace Safety:
Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow all facility safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail stockroom, manufacturing, or distribution environment (not required).
- Prior experience working in a regulated environment (FDA, GMP, or ISO standards).
- Familiarity with handheld RF scanners or inventory management software.
- Strong team communication skills and a positive work ethic.

2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

- Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. - Footwear:
Steel-toe work boots or shoes required upon start. - Language
Skills:
Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English to understand instructions, safety signs, and procedural documentation. - Computer
Skills:
Basic computer literacy with the ability to comfortably navigate warehouse systems and databases. - Must be able to stand on concrete for the entire length of the shift.
- Must be able to walk approximately 5???8 miles per day.
- Schedule Flexibility:
Must be available for mandatory overtime, including extended daily hours and weekend shifts as production demands dictate. - Detail-Oriented:
Ability to follow strict, multi-step processes and maintain high documentation accuracy in an FDA-regulated setting.
