Financial Reporting Manager
Salary: $120,000–$150,000 Base + Bonus Opportunity

- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and management reporting packages
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger activity
- Analyze financial results and provide meaningful variance analysis and business insights
- Partner closely with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning initiatives
- Manage, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain a strong internal control environment
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate external audit activities and support regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to support strategic business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
- Insurance industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
