Westaff is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for a growing company in Warwick, RI! If you're someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys problem-solving, and likes keeping financial operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Be Responsible For:- Processing and entering vendor invoices accurately
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
- Researching invoice and payment issues to ensure timely resolution
- Communicating with vendors and internal departments regarding payments
- Assisting with month-end accounting tasks
- Maintaining organized financial records and documentation
- Previous Accounts Payable experience required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional communication and customer service skills
