Position: Data Integrity Coordinator (HR Coordinator)

JOB SUMMARY

The Data Integrity Coordinator will take a lead role in the establishment, organization, and ongoing maintenance of an electronic filing system for the Division of Institutional Equity, Human Resources, and Organizational Development (IEHROD). The Data Integrity Coordinator will suggest and document changes to communicate updates to the division. This is an onsite, part‑time position with up to 19 hours/week.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review current filing system(s) and establish enhanced filing procedures and organization
  • After approval, move forward to organizing current files into new filing organization for shared drive
  • Establish naming conventions for files and work towards updating files using this naming convention
  • Assist in planning, managing, and implementing large data cleanup projects
  • Assist in the regular maintenance of data
  • Collaborate with other colleagues to complete regular data‑related tasks, troubleshoot specific issues, and streamline processes
  • Provide additional guidance and support for the day‑to‑day operations of the IEHROD team
  • Creates documentation of processes
  • Train other IEHROD team members in system use best practices
  • Keeps pace with technologically driven changes to create greater efficiency, enhance workflows, and creatively resolve data quality and retrieval challenges
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

This position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • General understanding of human resources operations and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office and filing systems
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

    Ability to track minute details of a project for transparency
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize work effectively, and meet firm deadlines
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with in a union environment
  • Experience designing and enforcing electronic filing procedures
