Loan Servicing Representative

Full time position for organized, motivated and reliable individual with working knowledge of mortgage and consumer loan products. Candidate must be able to work independently and manage high call volume. Good computer, phone and interpersonal skills required.

• Significant phone work taking internal and external customer service calls
• Prepares discharges and assignments then send to a third party or county recorder’s office
• Processes payments for all consumer loan products
• Books loans from origination system to loan servicing system
• Collect, sort and document incoming/outgoing mail and process mail through postage machine
• Fulfill duties of receptionist when needed including greeting customers and visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate parties, supply ordering etc.
• Data entry, research and other administrative duties as assigned
• Performs miscellaneous related duties as assigned

• Knowledge of government loan policies, regulations and procedures.
• Minimum of one year of experience to be able to sufficiently perform the full range of standard assignments and resolve recurring problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required.
• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and perform routine repetitive tasks is required.
